The Real Anti Aging Story Behind Vitamin C

Vitamin C may be the single most powerful anti-aging, life-saving vitamin on the planet.

Yes, that is a pretty bold statement, but once you learn the real story behind vitamin C I think you will better understand how you too can use this vitamin to look younger, stay well and even get well from serious diseases.

Vitamin C is non toxic.  No one has ever died from taking too much vitamin C.

The real story behind Vitamin C, which I have learned from Dr. Saul, doesn’t seem to be talked about much.

Humans are one of the few animals who no longer produce vitamin C.  Yes, scientist know that at some point in history, for unknown reasons, the human body stopped producing vitamin C.

The US Recommended Daily Allowance for Vitamin C is under 100 mg per day.

According to Linus Pauling, healthy animals make the human equivalent of 2 – 12,000 mg of vitamin C per day.  When an animal gets sick, they make the human equivalent of 50,000 mg or more of vitamin C per day.

Dr. Andrew Saul, poses an interesting observation.  “Maybe somebody has made a mistake”.

If the entire animal kingdom is making huge amounts of vitamin C on a daily basis, up to 120 times more vitamin C than the US government recommends for humans, and if animals produce way more vitamin C when they are sick, well maybe the US Government has got it all wrong.

Yes just maybe we humans need to get just as much vitamin C as animals do, and maybe just like the animal kingdom, we need much more vitamin C when we are sick.

And maybe we need to get our vitamin C the same way the animal kingdom makes vitamin C, which is not all at once, but throughout the entire day.

Dr. Andrew Saul recommends that healthy people take vitamin C with Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. If you are sick, you may need to take Vitamin C every hour, every 1/2 hour,  every 15 minutes, or for severe health issues every 6 minutes.

When Dr. Saul had Viral Pneumonia, he took 2,000 mg of Vitamin C every 6 minutes.  After 3 hours his fever came down 3 degrees and his severe cough went away.  He continued this protocol and made a complete recovery in 72 hours.

This is what Dr. Frederick Robert Klenner, a board certified chest physician reported when he
gave mega doses of vitamin C to his patients. He got cures from viral pneumonia in 72 hours. Three days is extremely fast. Viral pneumonia can take a couple of weeks to recover from and actually kills 10s of 1000s of people a year, particularly elderly.

Vitamin C is anti-viral as well as a natural antibiotic, antihistamine, and anti-toxin.  Vitamin C will even lower a fever and stop diarrhea.

 

What is the best form of Vitamin C to take?

The good news is that it doesn’t matter which type you take as long as it is pure.

How much Vitamin C do you need to take?

Every person has different requirements.  If you are sick, Dr. Saul says “Take enough Vitamin C to be symptom free, whatever the amount may be.”

The key to getting well is to take 1,000 – 2,000 mg as frequently as possible. For serious illnesses, you may need to take every 6 – 15 minutes.

How do you know if you are taking too much?

The moment you have loose stools or diarrhea, you have reached bowel tolerance and you can cut back on the amount.  Do not completely stop taking the Vitamin C.  In fact once you are well, you should gradually reduce the amount you are taking, until you reach your normal healthy daily amount.

How much Vitamin C do I take when I am well?

Dr. Saul says that healthy adults should take 2,000 – 4,000 mg or more of Vitamin C  per day divided between breakfast, lunch and dinner.  If you feel great and don’t get sick, you are taking enough.  Dr. Saul personally takes 18,000 mg a day.

Children need half their age in grams.  So a 14 year old kid would need 7,000 mg broken up into 3 doses.

A lot of people complain that the excess vitamin c creates expensive urine.

Dr. Saul says “yes, your urine is basically a spillway for vitamin C. Urine is what your body purifies out of blood. If it was in your urine, it had to be in your blood first. If it’s in your blood, you
absorbed it. So before you get expensive urine, you get expensive blood. Now, that’s
probably a good thing. Vitamin C circulating in your blood is good. The higher the saturation,
the higher the amount of vitamin C, in your blood, the more powerful it is.”

So if Vitamin C can get rid of viral pneumonia in 72 hours, you must be wondering what else it can do, right?

At extremely high doses, Vitamin C is extremely toxic to cancer cells. I am talking about 50,000 mg 60,000 mg even as much as 200,000 mg per day.  This high of a dose can be taken orally but for cancer  is usually done via a Vitamin C IV.  The Vitamin C actually kills cancer cells without harming healthy cells.  Many people call Vitamin C natures chemo.

You must have adequate amounts of vitamin C in order for the body to produce adequate amounts of collagen.

Your body cannot produce collagen without vitamin C.

Collagen is a protein consisting of polypeptide chains; the long chains of this fibrous molecule contain about one thousand amino-acid residues, and about sixteen thousand atoms.  Collagen fibers are actually stronger than steel wire of the same weight.

I personally think Linus was right.
