I eat Goji Berries everyday…why? I WANT TO SLOW DOWN THE AGING PROCESS!!!!
As we age, we produce less and less Human Growth Hormone (HGH). Decreasing levels of HGH have been linked to symptoms of aging.
Goji berries are the ONLY food known to help stimulate the human body to produce more Human Growth Hormone (HGH) naturally.
HGH has been in the news for a number of years, touted as the true fountain of youth…It has been reported that Athletes, Movie Stars and Wealthy people pay thousands of dollars a year to take HGH injections.
Who likes needles???? I much rather eat Goji Berries…they taste great!!!
Another reason I eat Goji Berries every day…….
Goji Berries contain fatty acids and Ormus-carrying polysaccharides, which can stimulate collagen production and retain moisture, resulting in younger-looking skin.
Come on…who doesn’t want younger looking skin??????
What are Goji Berries? Grown in Asia and America they are a berry that grows on a bush that develops like a vine when grown in the shade. The bush can grow up to 6 feet tall. When dried, the berries look like a red raisin and taste like a raisin that is not sweet.
The Goji berry is an “adaptogen”. An adaptogen invigorates and strengthens the system while helping the body to deal more easily with stress by supporting the adrenal glands. In the Chinese medicinal system, the goji berry is known to harmonize and increase the jing energy of the adrenals and kidneys, resulting in enhanced stamina, strength, longevity, and sexual energy.
Goji berries have been around for at least 3,000 years…and there are all sorts of ancient legends of extreme longevity linked to consuming Goji Berries.
