One of the things I always have on hand is Purple Cabbage. I chop it up pretty fine and add a 1/4 cup to my green salads. I also always have a bag of Acai powder that I get from Mountain Rose Herbs. Love putting a couple of teaspoons in smoothies. Acai is probably the deepest purple you will ever come across.
