I was recently re-reading one of my Kevin Trudeau books “Natural Cures “They” Don’t Want You to Know About”. (When his books first came out, they were ridiculed, but interestingly enough , 8 years later, just about everything he talked about has proven to be accurate. )
As I read his list on ways to increase your energy levels I was excited to see something that I could easily do right away, wear white clothing. “The closer you get to white, the more positive energy you bring into your energetic field”.
Then I did some more research and discovered that wearing white immediately raises your vibration by boosting your aura and allowing it to expand. Think of it this way, when you are happy, you are vibrating at a really high level and when you are sad, angry or depressed you are vibrating at a low level. This same vibration emanates out from your body and is your “aura”.
Yogi Bhajan says “wearing white instantly creates a three feet aura boost”.
Hey I’ll take all the positive energy I can get especially if it’s as easy as wearing white. Anytime I am hanging out at home, I am wearing my white terry cloth yoga pants and an over sized white shirt. You know what, I do feel the energy boost. It really does lift my mood. I even wear white to bed, after all I want to keep that good energy going while I sleep.
I told my Mom about it and she started doing the same thing. She said she immediately felt the difference. She had more energy and was getting more things done around the house.
When you think about it, wearing white has been used in many spiritual traditions. Even the healer “John of God” has you wear all white when you come to see him. I think they knew thousands of years ago what science is just now figuring out. Everything emanates an energy, whether it be a person, a color, a thought, etc.
Coincidentally I have been in the process of redecorating my master bedroom. I wanted to go for a bright clean feel so I did white bedding and white window coverings. I love they way I feel when I walk in my room and now I know why.
