How to Stop Stress from Aging You

Of course every ageless beauty wants to stop stress, after all stress causes oxidative stress which is not only the number one cause of aging but can also be the root cause of many dreaded diseases.

 

Years ago when I still worked full time in television, I did a story on acupuncture. Up until that point I didn’t know that much about it, so I did tons of research.

 

Acupuncture

Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years primarily in China to heal the body and block pain.

Research now shows that acupuncture increases the body’s endorphin levels, the “feel good” neurotransmitters, which is why people get relief from pain, heal faster and feel so good after having an acupuncture treatment.

The most exciting news for everyone who wants to stop or reduce stress is that you don’t have to face your fear of needles, or spend tons of money on time consuming treatments to get the very same and possibly even better results.

Studies show that “accupressure” or what is now being called Tapping, works just as well or better than Acupuncture.

Researchers discovered the “Bonghan Channels”, named after Kim Bonghan, who published papers describing the tiny threadlike, microscopic anatomical structures that correspond with the traditional acupuncture meridians or channels.
