When I found out that Dana Delaney was 57 I was shocked. My first thought was if she has had plastic surgery, I want to go to her surgeon.
Turns out the very first time she did botox the doctor hit a nerve in her fore head and it caused a huge hematoma. The nerve has been dead ever since. It also affected the nerve in her right eye and her eye has started to droop.
Dana Delaney says she will never do plastic surgery. Can’t blame her after the horrific botox experience.
Dana is slowing down the aging process the old fashioned way by following a smart, healthy regimen that obviously produces great results.
She doesn’t like meat and eats a diet of veggies, tofu and fish.
She is also gluten intolerant and follows a gluten free diet. I, myself have cut out most gluten in my diet. I feel so much better when I don’t eat it. Dana Delany even eats dark chocolate every day. Her favorite is Vosges Haut-Chocolat.
No wonder she looks great, her diet is anti-inflammatory which has been proven to slow down the aging process.
Dana’s favorite exercise is yoga, any kind of yoga.
I personally love yoga and have done it for years.
Yoga is a great way to de-stress, and can be very healing for the body. Yoga is a fabulous anti-aging exercise that almost every person at any age or any level can participate in.
