Yes there is an easy way to stop aging.
Just say no to Genetically Modified Food. GMO’s may possibly speed up aging and cause horrendous health issues, at least this is my conclusion when I look at the available information.
My eyes were first opened to the dangers of GMO’s when I spent time at a world famous wellness clinic in Santa Barbara. The clinic teaches that GMO’s are to be avoided at all cost, due to studies that show all sorts of horrible side effects such as cancer, asthma, auto-immune diseases, and much more.
Then I happened to see the episode Dr. Oz did on GMO’s. It was quite disturbing. He had Dr. Robin Bernhoft, Past President of the American Academy of Enviornmental Medicene and Jeffery Smith author of Genetic Roulette.
They shared some very eye-opening info:
- 1,000s of Doctors prescribe GMO free diets and see their patients get better from a wide variety of illnesses.
- Animals who eat GMO diets experience the same health issues, and they too get better when taken off GMO diets.
- Lab rats normally have a 15-20% rate of cancer.
- That number jumps to 80% when lab rats are fed a GMO diet.

Keep in mind that 90% of Corn, Soybeans, Canola, and Sugar beets are GMO’s. So if you are eating processed foods that have any of these ingredients then you are most likely eating GMO’s. The only way to avoid these ingredients is to buy organic food.
You will be happy to know that Think Thin founder Lizanne Falsetto has made a conscious effort to stop using GMO ingredients.
She spent 18 months looking for non genetically modified ingredients for their Think Thin Crunch bars. The fact that it took her so long to even find a source of non genetically modified ingredients goes to show that GMO’s are the norm and GMO free ingredients are hard to find.
