Delicious Easy Beauty Detox

Mercury, lead and aluminum, toxic metals that we are being bombarded with on a daily basis. Found in the foods we eat, deodorants and anti-perspirants, dental fillings and even cookware.

These toxic metals can really wreak havoc on an ageless beauty.

  • Brain Fog
  • Insomnia
  • Chronic Fatigue
  • Poor memory
  • Migrating Pain
  • Burning or Tingling Sensation

The good news is that you do not have to spend big bucks on chelation therapy to get rid of these deadly toxins.

You can do what is known as the “Poor Man’s Chelation Therapy”.

Cilantro, that delicious herb added to guacamole is nature’s answer to detoxing.

Dr. Yoshiaki Omura with the Heart Research Foundation in New York discovered that patients who consumed Vietnamese soup, which contains cilantro, had increased levels of mercury in their urine.

Through further testing, Dr. Omura found that consumption of cilantro accelerated the excretion of lead and aluminum deposits from the body.

Dr. David Williams, author of Alternative Newsletter, warns that cilantro may release more heavy metals than the body can efficiently remove.

Pascalite Clay

To prevent any metals from being deposited in the colon, he recommends using a form of calcium bentonite clay called Pascalite. (I always have this on hand. Read Amazing Facial Mask and It’s Cheap)

While on the Poor Man’s Chelation which is 2 weeks of consuming ¼ cup of cilantro per day, take 1 to 2 teaspoons of Pascalite powdered clay mixed with water three times a day between meals.

Dr. Williams has a delicious recipe for Cilantro Pesto. You can even make it in bulk and freeze.

  • Cilantro Detox Ingredients Put 1 cup of packed, fresh cilantro, and 6 tablespoons of olive
oil in your blender or a food processor. Blend until the cilantro is chopped up.
  • Add 1 clove of garlic
  • Add one-half cup of almonds, cashews, macadamia or other nuts. I use mostly almonds.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon, squeezed by hand)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Blend to a lumpy paste.

And now, taste it!

Cilantro PestoI love the way it taste. You can put it on crackers, or yellow, red, or orange bell pepper slices, or even top your chicken, fish, lamb or steak with it.

The only difficult part of the whole operation is cleaning the blender or food processor. I add 8 oz of water, blend it, and make a green, pesto, beauty detox drink.

You definitely want to eat food while on this detox. The food will also help carry the toxins out of the body. I suggest eating as healthy as possible. Lots of organic veggies, nuts, fruits, small amounts of organic chicken, wild fish, grass fed meat, lots healthy oils; organic cold pressed olive oil, organic cold pressed coconut oil, raw grass fed butter, and drink as much water as possible.

It is widely known that Alzheimers patients have a high amount of aluminum in their body. In my opinion, this Delicious Cilantro Detox could possibly prevent one of the most dreaded diseases of all times.

The Delicious Cilantro Detox is one of my favorite ways to detox. It taste fabulous, is easy to make and very effective.
