First of all….you can eat fat and lose fat? I know it sounds crazy, but it is true! How? Coconut Oil is full of MCTs medium chain triglycerides, which give you energy, but do not flood the body with insulin (and this is why it is great for diabetics). MCTs metabolize very quickly in the body, so they are NOT stored as fat. (same goes for Olive Oil) It also contains NO cholesterol and is heart healthy.
