I have talked about this crucial vitamin before, but now that the swine flu is making a comeback I thought I could tackle 2 very important subjects in one post.

Vitamin C is crucial for Age Reversing and Disease Reversing, but not just any Vitamin C.
First off you need to know that we humans no longer produce Vitamin C. Yes a long time ago the human body produced it’s on Vitamin C, but due to a mutation in the GULO (gulonolactone oxidase) gene, we are no longer able to produce Vitamin C, or recycle Vitamin C from the food we eat. We must consume Vitamin C on a daily basis for optimal health and optimal aging.
Vitamin C is necessary to produce collagen.
Collagen is a protein found in your skin. It is the main component of what is called fibrous or connective tissue. This is what gives your skin a youthful plump look. - Step #1 Genetically-modified (GMO) corn sugar is catalytically hydrogenated into Sorbitol
- Step #2 Sorbitol is oxidized into Sorbase
- Step #3 Sorbase is treated with Acetone (nail polish remover)
- Step #4 Then it is further oxidized with Carboxylic Acid, which is used to make plastics like polystyrene and styrofoam
- Step #5 Finally, it is bleached with sodium hypochlorite (household bleach)
No wonder most store bought Vitamin C does not seem to have much benefit.
